This world is a restless place and only through Him we can find everlasting peace. There are many ways to try and find this inner peace and people will tell you to "follow your hearth" or walk the path of the Buddha or subject yourself to Islam. These are all futile and will eventually lead to your own destruction. Only through Jesus we can have access to the gift of Eternal life.

What we believe as Christians

Faith and baptism key for salvation

As Jesus promised, believing in Him will save us. The bible also teaches us that upon believing, we must be baptized in Him, dying to our old selves and waking up with a new Spirit and a new hearth.

God is the same since the beginning

Some people declare God of the Old Testament to be different then God of the new testament. We know that Jesus was there from the beginning and all creation was done through Him. Gods' love, patience and wrath to humanity is described through all scriptures. God is not bound by time, space or matter.

Trinity

The Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit are one. All Persons have their own function and tasks, but are ultimately one and the same. As the first Commandment states "You shall have no other gods than Me" There is only one God, Yahweh.

The Bible is the perfect Word of God

Spiritual gifts

The famous verse of Ephesians 6:12 tells us that we don't wrestle against flesh and blood, but the battle is of a spiritual nature. God gives each of us talents or gifts to be a good steward and servant of His Kingdom. We must pray to receive and ask the Lord to reveal this to us and take active part in building His church.

The Word of God is written by men who were inspired by the Holy Spirit. As written in 2 Timothy 3:16 "All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness"
We must read the Bible daily and feed ourselves with His Word
